Music Choice Extends the Reach of Its Video-on-Demand Network to Cingular Wireless Customers

Warner Music Group First To Sign on With Music Choice to Offer Music Videos to CINGULAR VIDEO(tm) Customers

NEW YORK, NY - March 7, 2006 - Music Choice, the premier music network that reaches millions of music fans nationwide, announced today an agreement with Warner Music Group (NYSE: WMG) to offer Cingular Wireless customers access to a diverse selection of the global music company's music videos and artist interviews from R&B, Hip-Hop, Rock, and Pop music recording artists. The Music Choice offering will feature a streaming music video-on-demand service that allows customers to continuously watch a variety of pre-selected music videos from WMG artists over a 24-hour period. Music videos from Warner Music Group's world-renowned roster of artists, including James Blunt, Missy Elliott, R.E.M., Green Day Laffy Taffy, Sean Paul, Daniel Powter, and many more will be featured on the service. All CINGULAR VIDEO customers will have access to this unique service.

The subscription-free Music Choice offering features: MC Music Videos, a daily selection of music videos from WMG's artists to watch on demand over a 24-hour period for only $0.99 per video; MC Play of the Day, a new music video each day from a variety of music genres; and MC Ringtone Report, a program about the hottest new ringtones.

In addition, Music Choice will also offer MC Premium, a subscription service that offers a wider selection of R&B, Hip-Hop, Rock, and Pop music videos, and a weekly program called New Releases focusing on the artists that have new material hitting the stores that week.
