Warner/Chappell Music Promotes Jane Dyball to Senior Vice President, International Legal and Business Affairs

New York, March 2, 2006 - Warner/Chappell Music, Inc., the music publishing arm of Warner Music Group Corp. (NYSE: WMG), today announced the promotion of Jane Dyball to Senior Vice President, International Legal and Business Affairs. Dyball's previous title was Senior Vice President, European Legal and Business Affairs. She will continue to be based in London.
In her new role, Dyball will be responsible for forging international music publishing agreements in both the traditional and digital realm as well as continuing to supervise business development for Warner/Chappell Music's international companies. Dyball's new role will help Warner/Chappell Music's international companies to maintain consistent standards and terms in their digital agreements, while also allowing the flexibility that innovations in technology and new business models require.
In making the announcement, Richard Blackstone, Chairman and CEO of Warner/Chappell Music said, "Having an executive of Jane's caliber and experience in this new position will help Warner/Chappell achieve our ongoing mission to take advantage of digital opportunities, develop our industry leading catalog, make thoughtful A&R investments and expand opportunities for songwriters around the world."

Dyball's career in music publishing began more than 20 years ago. She joined Warner/Chappell Music in 1992 as Legal and Business Affairs Manager. Dyball became Head of Business Affairs in 1995 and Director of Business Affairs in 1998 and assumed her most recent position in 2003. Prior to Warner/Chappell Music, Dyball held positions at Virgin Music (Publishers) Ltd. and at International Publications Ltd.
Dyball sits on the Boards of the Mechanical Copyright Protection Society (in both the UK and Republic of Ireland), Performing Right Society and Music Publishers Association (both in the UK and Republic of Ireland), the International Music Publishers Association, and the International Confederation of Music Publishers.
