Bider To Be Honored With Prestigious Award By Songwriters Hall Of Fame
Warner/Chappell Music Chairman Receives Abe Olman Award
Les Bider, Chairman and CEO of Warner/Chappell Music, Warner Music Group's award-winning music publishing company, will receive the Abe Olman Award at tonight's Songwriters Hall of Fame 35th Annual Awards. According to the Songwriters Hall of Fame, "The Abe Olman Award goes to a music publisher who has had a substantial number of songs that have become world-renowned and have furthered the careers and successes of many songwriters."
Leading Warner/Chappell to success for almost three decades, Bider has built the company into a dynamic and powerful business force that has been hands-on in the development, promotion and marketing of such major artists as Sheryl Crow, Dido, Disturbed, Nickelback and many others.
