Jill S. Krutick Named Senior Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Development, At Warner Music Group
Warner Music Group (WMG) today announced Jill S. Krutick has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Development. Krutick will report to Michael D. Fleisher, WMG's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She will be based in New York.
For the past 10 years, Krutick was a Managing Director of U.S. Equity Research of Citigroup's Smith Barney where she covered the Entertainment and Leisure Industries. Krutick has 18 years of experience in equity research and financial analysis.

For many years, Krutick was selected to the Institutional Investor "All-Star Analyst Team." Both Institutional Investor and The Wall Street Journal have recognized her for her stock selection and research ability. In 2001, Fortune magazine named Krutick their top "Entertainment Analyst."
Before joining Smith Barney, Krutick was a Vice President in U.S. Equity Research at Salomon Brothers Inc. Krutick earned her B.S. degree at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and her M.B.A. degree at New York University's Stern School of Business.
