On March 5, 2024, Warner Music Group Corp. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, three proposals were submitted to the Company’s stockholders. The proposals are described in more detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on January 18, 2024 (the “2024 Proxy Statement”). The final voting results are as follows:
Proposal 1: The Company’s stockholders elected the eleven director nominees named in the Company’s 2024 Proxy Statement to serve for a one-year term ending at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The voting results are set forth below:
