Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.

Succession Planning Process

On March 14, 2023, Warner Music Group Corp. (the “Company”) announced that it has begun planning for the succession of the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), Eric Levin. The Company expects to appoint his successor by the end of calendar 2023. Mr. Levin has served as CFO since 2014, and will continue to serve as CFO until his replacement is appointed.
