On November 10, 2022, Warner Music Group Corp. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share on the Company’s Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock, which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. The dividend is payable on December 1, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 22, 2022.

Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
New York, NY November 10, 2022 Warner Music Group Corp. (Warner Music Group or WMG) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share on WMGs Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock, representing an aggregate quarterly dividend of approximately $82.4 million (based on the issued and outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock). The dividend is payable on December 1, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 22, 2022.
