On May 13, 2021, Warner Music Group Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on the Company’s Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock. The dividend is payable on June 1, 2021, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 24, 2021.

Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
New York, NY May 13, 2021 Warner Music Group Corp. (Warner Music Group or WMG) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on WMGs Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock, representing an aggregate quarterly dividend of approximately $61.7 million (based on the issued and outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock). The dividend is payable on June 1, 2021, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 24, 2021.
