WEA Corp. Appoints Mitchell Imber, Senior Vice President, Physical Sales
In his new position, Imber will manage all aspects of WEA Corp., physical product sales. In addition, he will create and implement company business and sales strategy and oversee the national sales staff.

Prior to joining WEA Corp., Imber spent seven years at Island Def Jam where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. In this position, he spearheaded high-impact marketing strategies to introduce new artists to the marketplace while building new platforms for established artists. Previously, Imber was Senior Vice President, Sales from 2000 to 2005. During his highly successful tenure, he increased sales for all markets by designing and executing national sales and marketing strategies.
From 1996 to 2000, Imber served as Vice President, Sales, Special Markets for Polymedia/Universal, where he was responsible for producing and directing sales activities to achieve multimillion-dollar results across all market segments. Before being promoted to Vice President, Sales, he served as Sales Manager for the New York, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. markets from 1991 to 1996.
Imber received his B.A. degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College.
