Tim Fraser-Harding is Warner Music Group’s President, Global Catalog, Recorded Music. Based in London, he oversees global strategy and operations for all aspects of the development and marketing of WMG’s rich legacy of recorded music – which includes classic repertoire from iconic labels such as Atlantic, Elektra, Warner Bros., and Parlophone. Tim’s responsibilities include spearheading worldwide campaigns, identifying and implementing innovative product initiatives, and advancing the company’s digital catalog strategy.
Tim joined WMG in 2012 from Sony Music, where he held a number of senior posts, including VP, International Catalog Marketing Group. During his tenure at Sony, he was responsible for catalog operations across multiple territories, working in tandem with local affiliates, repertoire owners and management to plan and execute high-profile marketing campaigns. Tim began his career in retail, with stints at HMV and WH Smith, where he was Marketing Manager for catalog across 300 stores.
