The Orchard and Warner/Chappell Music Reach Digital Music Agreement

New York - March 23, 2006 - The Orchard, a leading distributor and marketer of independent music, today announced a non-exclusive agreement with Warner/Chappell Music, Warner Music Group's (NYSE: WMG) global music publishing company. Under the agreement, certain songs from The Orchard's recorded music catalog, whose publishing is controlled by Warner/Chappell Music, will be made available as Ringback Tones and Master Ringtones to mobile phone customers in the United States through The Orchard's network of mobile providers.
